Also, if you want to see the total number of viewers, you can rely on the Twitch counter, which shows the number of people active in chat in red at the bottom. Therefore, useful information can be used to verify the popularity of the streaming media on the platform.
Like other tools and / or statistical information, this streaming platform also allows to know the following information:
- New followers: the number of viewers who saw you for the first time.
- Real-time display: the total number of people who appeared on the broadcast.
- Unique viewers: the average viewer depending on the device they use (PC, laptop, telephone, etc.).

How to change the public name of Twitch
To be able to change the public name on Twitch you just have to click on the drop-down menu that you will find in Configuration. This will automatically take you to another screen and then go to the section Profile settings, where you will find different options, such as the username, public name and biography, as you can see in the following image:
If you want to change your public name, you must first change your username.- To do this, on that same page, you will have to click on Username and change it for a new one.
