- When entering the group you must display the side menu by pressing on the three profile points or by accessing the chat by tapping on their name, depending on whether you have a smartphone with an Android or iOS operating system. When accessing this group options menu you will have to click on Send notifications (Android) or Silence (IOS), from where you can select the option that most interests you, being able to mute notifications forever.
- Once you silence the group completely through the different options, you will only have to archive chat. To do this, you must return to the chat screen and, in the case of Android, press and hold on the group to display options and click on File (Android) and in the case of iOS, you must slide on the group name to the left and a new button will appear to archive chat.

How to hide the preview of your WhatsApp messages
