For this, it has launched the possibility of including a frame in the profile photo with a hashtag and a text that indicates that it is open to job applications. In this way, this frame can be added to the existing photograph on the social network.

The user himself has the possibility to choose whether he wants all LinkedIn members to be able to see this frame in the profile or only recruiters, that is, people who have a Premium account such as LinkedIn Recruiters.

This way works in a similar way to the one that did previously the function that made professionals could indicate in their profile that they are willing to change jobs and this will arrive as a notification to other contacts. In fact, in this case, the frame will be available to view both when you are inside the profile and when a comment is made on a content published on the professional social network.

To activate frame active job search, you just have to go to your User profile in the social network, for later, in the menu under the photograph, click on Show recruiters that you are open to work. Then you can click on choose who can see that you are open to work and you can proceed to choose the setting to be able to enjoy it and make it much more obvious that you are actively searching for a new job.
